This is followed by affirmations that will embrace positivity and love. I really loved the “Daily Focus” pages which the book consists mainly of. These pages have blank spaces to write what you are grateful for, what you are proud of yourself for, what your emotions are, and other questions relating to your personal energy and self-awareness. There is also a place to put a word you want to focus on as an affirmation.
