Pretty TV weatherperson Tia Amberson has gone from being as sweet as a summer's day to a category five hurricane. Her longtime boyfriend dumped her on Valentine's Day, and to add insult to injury, she's been placed under arrest by the cutest African-American cop she's ever seen. Her crime? Police office Byron Rivers can't forget the spitfire he caught cutting a tire in a condo parking lot.
